Hey! I’m Tess – the heart behind Whimsy Lane – proudly crafting from sunny Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. With the support of my awesome (and very patient!) husband and our busy young family, Whimsy Lane is where my love for creating truly came to life.
It all started when I was redecorating my daughter’s room and couldn’t quite find the right wall decals – everything out there was too loud, too colourful, or just didn’t feel right. I wanted something sweet and simple… so I made my own. 🌼 What began as a few flower decals has now blossomed into a full range of charming wall art and layered wooden décor made just for kids (and the young at heart!).
We’re big on theme-based designs, so if you’re dreaming of a full room makeover, our pieces are designed to flow beautifully together. From under-the-sea adventures to magical florals and woodland wonders, you can mix and match with ease.
