How to Apply Your Labels
About the Transfer Tape
Your label comes with a piece of clear transfer tape with blue grid lines on top. This temporary tape holds all parts of the label in the correct position while you apply it. Once the label has been applied, simply peel off the transfer tape and discard it.
- Step 1 – Prepare the Surface Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or oil.
- Step 2 – Prepare the Label Firmly rub over the transfer tape to ensure the label is well adhered to it.
- Step 3 – Remove the Backing Slowly peel the backing paper away at a sharp angle. The label should remain attached to the transfer tape. If any part of the label stays on the backing paper, place it back down, rub over it again, and peel more slowly.
- Step 4 – Apply the Label Carefully position the label on your surface. Once you're happy with the placement, press it down firmly, working from the centre outwards to remove any air bubbles.
- Step 5 – Remove the Transfer Tape Slowly peel the clear transfer tape away at a sharp angle. If any part of the label lifts with the tape, lay it back down, press firmly, and peel again more slowly.
- Step 6 – Finish Press over the label one final time, paying extra attention to the edges to ensure it is fully adhered.
Your label is now ready to use!

What’s the best way to display your products on a wall?
For easy and secure wall application, we recommend using 3M Picture Hanging Strips (not included). They provide a damage‑free solution suitable for most wall surfaces.
Please note that our products do not include hooks or fixtures, allowing you the flexibility to hang and display them in your own way.
What are your products made from?
We use only high-quality materials sourced from trusted local NZ suppliers to ensure every product is durable, beautifully finished, and made to last.
- Acrylic Products: Our acrylic products are made from premium cast acrylic. This material is super durable and made to last.
- Decals: Decals are made from high-quality vinyl, designed to be removable, wall-safe, and long-lasting for easy, damage-free decorating.
- Wooden Products:
- Our painted wooden items are made from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), this provides a smooth finish and strength—perfect for painted and decorative pieces.
- Our exposed wood items are made from your choice of Okoume or Birch ply, both options are oiled with a Danish oil.
- Birch plywood features lighter blonde colouring with a larger wavy grain.
- Okoume plywood has a warm, reddish-brown tone with a finer grain
Where are they made and shipped from?
All our products are proudly designed and made in New Zealand, shipped directly from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Since all our products are customised and made to order to ensure top quality and variety, we aim to ship orders within 2-4 business days. We don't ship painted and stained items same day as they require slightly more time to ensure paint and stain is fully cured prior to shipping.
Our 3D wooden art takes 1-3 weeks depending on the piece.
Can I request a custom colour?

How long do decals last?
We only use high-quality vinyl designed to last for years, so your decals will look fantastic for a long time.
Are decals reusable?
Our decals are designed to be removable but not necessarily reusable. Removing them may cause damage or reduce their adhesive properties, so they are best for one-time application.
What surfaces can the decals stick to?
Our decals work best on smooth, clean, and dry surfaces, including most painted walls and wallpaper. Lightly textured walls may work, but we recommend testing a small area first.
Will the decals damage my walls?
No! Our removable vinyl is wall-safe and won’t damage surfaces or leave sticky residue when removed.
What is the easiest way to apply the decals?
Wall Decals:
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the wall is clean, smooth, and completely dry before starting.
- Position and Apply:
- Slightly peel the backing from the decal.
- Place part of the decal on the wall in the desired position.
- Slowly peel back the rest of the backing while using a credit card to smooth out any air bubbles as you go.
- Finishing Touch: Once fully applied, gently go over the decal with the card to ensure it adheres smoothly and firmly.
For name decals:
Some of our name decals feature intricate designs, so we include a transparent transfer tape to ensure easy application and perfect alignment. Follow these steps for a smooth and professional finish:
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the wall or surface is clean, smooth, and dry.
- Peel a Corner: Gently peel back a small corner of the white backing from the decal. The decal should remain attached to the transparent transfer tape.
- Position the Decal: Place the exposed corner of the decal in your desired location, ensuring it’s properly aligned.
- Apply Gradually: Slowly peel away the white backing while smoothing the decal onto the surface. Use a credit card or similar tool to press the decal down and remove any air bubbles as you go.
- Secure the Design: Once the backing is completely removed, go over the entire decal with the card to ensure it’s fully adhered and bubble-free.
- Remove the Transfer Tape:
- Carefully peel away the transparent transfer tape, leaving the decal adhered to your surface.
- Do this slowly and ensure the decal does not lift.
- If any part of the decal begins to lift, use a card to smooth it out and press it firmly back onto the surface. Then, continue peeling the transfer tape away.
