What are your products made from?
We use only high-quality materials sourced from trusted local NZ suppliers to ensure every product is durable, beautifully finished, and made to last.

  • Wooden Products: Most of our wooden items are made from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), known for its smooth finish and strength—perfect for painted and decorative pieces.
  • Acrylic Products: Some products are made from premium cast acrylic, which is clearly specified in each product listing. This material offers a sleek, modern look and lasting quality.
  • Decals: All of our decals are made from high-quality vinyl, designed to be removable, wall-safe, and long-lasting for easy, damage-free decorating.

We’re committed to delivering products that not only look great but also stand the test of time.

Where are they made and shipped from?
All our products are proudly designed and made in New Zealand, shipped directly from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Since all our products are made to order to ensure top quality and variety, we aim to ship orders within 2-4 business days. We don't ship painted items same day as they require slightly more time to ensure paint is fully cured prior to shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As the majority of our items are custom, and all of our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. If you have any issues, please contact us at hello@littlewhimsy.co.nz, and we’ll be happy to assist.
